Wes Nale, Keith Nale’s son, told Entertainment Tonight that his father had passed away.
The Shreveport, Louisiana, firefighter made his broadcast debut in Cambodia Season 31 in 2015 and San Juan del Sur Season 29 in 2014.
“He passed away this afternoon. He’d been battling cancer for the past few months and we found out about it in January,” Wes revealed.
Keith’s brother, Kevin Nale, added: “A life taken way too soon! It happed so quickly. Cancer ate him up. He passed this afternoon at his home in Shreveport, Louisiana.”
